UAE customers will receive emails with updated login credentials and may need to re-enroll OTP devices

Aquanow Trade Services have now been restored
Trading and price discovery functions continue to operate without issue
Customers should be able to place withdrawal requests for both fiat and crypto on the client portal with access to address book functions
Fiat and crypto deposit requests are being actively monitored and being processed to be reflected on user balances
UAE regional services (CAMS) remain impacted by significant outages in regional infrastructure. While progress continues to be made, resolution is contingent on external infrastructure repairs and we cannot provide a firm ETA at this time. Daily check-ins and follow ups will continue until UAE regional services are resolved.
We thank our customers for their patience and understanding during this outage, and we regret any inconvenience the situation has caused. Our teams will continue to monitor the platform for stability while the work to restore additional capacity and redundancy continues

Update - We are continuing to monitor the recovery of our platform services and ask for your continued patience as we work through the remaining disruptions.
Order entry and price discovery continue to operate normally.

Full functionality of the platform has been impacted by significant outages in regional infrastructure by our cloud service provider (AWS Middle East). Because the resolution is contingent on these external infrastructure repairs, we cannot provide a firm ETA at this time; however our teams continue to work around the clock to restore platform services to full capacity.
